These Terms of Service govern your use of the Freeze Studio website and your enquiries about destination pre-wedding photography in Chongqing, Dali, Lijiang and other locations we agree to serve.

1. Website information

Our website is provided for general information and enquiry purposes. Portfolio images show our creative work and are not a guarantee that every location, look or result will be available for every booking.

2. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or contract. We will confirm availability, scope, locations, deliverables, pricing, payment schedule and other conditions in a separate written proposal or agreement. A booking is confirmed only after both parties accept the agreed terms and any required payment has been received.

3. Pricing and booking conditions

Our website does not publish package prices, delivery times, deposit requirements or cancellation rules. These details are discussed with our sales team and apply only when included in the final written agreement for your booking.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, travel dates and relevant information needed to plan your shoot. You should obtain any travel documents, permissions and insurance required for your trip. We may need to adjust locations or timing because of weather, safety, access restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Creative work and portfolio use

Unless the booking agreement says otherwise, Freeze Studio retains copyright in the photographs and other creative materials we produce. Any personal or commercial use, delivery format, retouching scope and permission to display photographs in our portfolio will be set out in the booking agreement. We will respect any written confidentiality or non-publication arrangement agreed with you.

6. Third-party links and communication

The website links to WhatsApp, Instagram and email services operated by third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

7. Changes and availability

We may update website content, portfolio images, service descriptions or these terms from time to time. The terms in effect at the time of a signed booking agreement will govern that booking.
